Oggi ci ha lasciati un altro grande chitarrista, che si aggiunge alla lista di musicisti che fin da ragazzino ascoltavo, e che ora non ci sono più;

Forse non sarai stato il mio preferito, e forse mai nemmeno una volta mi sono ispirato ai tuoi riff, ma sicuramente mi è piaciuto tantissimo ascoltare i tuoi pezzi con gli slayer, e qualcosa ci hai lasciato, qualcosa hai scritto nella bibbia del Rock!!!

Slayer is devastated to inform that their bandmate and brother, Jeff Hanneman, passed away at about 11AM this morning near his Southern California home. Hanneman was in an area hospital when he suffered liver failure. He is survived by his wife Kathy, his sister Kathy and his brothers Michael and Larry, and will be sorely missed.
